What is a Parade Home?
A Parade home is a new home built and finished just in time to be showcased in the Parade of Homes. Sometimes these homes are for sale, often they have been built with an owner in mind or are a model to provide a general idea of the type of homes a Builder can offer. Either way, come enjoy the unique and fun ideas that come from visiting this year’s parade.
How much are tickets for Parade of Homes™?
2024 Spring Parade of Homes™ Tickets will be available for purchase at the end of March 2024.

- Paper Tickets: ANY Parade Home during the Parade - Dates listed above
Tickets are $10 for adults [Kids are FREE] and good for both days of the Parade. Each tickets will grant you access to every home in the Parade! All ticket proceeds will be contributed through Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association's Community Service Committee, known as Brazos Valley Builders Care. Brazos Valley Builders Care will then allocate these funds to various charities and non-profit organizations in our community.

What Parade App can I download on my smart phone?
The app to download for androids and iPhones is “BCS Parade of Homes”. You can also search for “Bryan College Station Parade of Homes.” The app allows you to view images and detailed information of the home, get turn-by-turn directions, rate the homes and even comment on them! When you open the app a list of the homes in our Parade will appear. You can view detailed information and a map of the homes by simply tapping on the image.
Where can I get a map for the homes?
- You can view a map of the Parade Homes by clicking the “Map” tab in the bar located at the top of the page.
- You can also view the map by clicking the icon “Map of Homes” located on the home page just below the slideshow.
Where can I view the addresses of the Parade Homes?
- The address and map of each home can be found by clicking on any of the home images listed under the tab “View Homes" tab at the top bar
- The App “BCS Parade of Homes” may be downloaded on smart phones and will provide turn-by-turn directions to each home as well.
- Each home may provide a guide for the Parade and includes the addresses of each home, along with a fold-out map.
Is photography allowed in the homes?
Most of the builders will allow photos to be taken however we ask that you not take photos if it is posted as such or you are asked not to.
Can I see a Parade Home more than once?
You can visit any of the Parade homes as many times as you would like during the posted Parade of Homes™ event days and hours as long as you have your ticket present.
